AGM 2009 and the new constitution
NCB's AGM took place on Thursday 26
November in our offices at 8 Wakley Street, London EC1V
7QE.
What we discussed
Members discussed and voted on our new constitution,
following approval in principle at the 2008 AGM of proposals
to restructure NCB's governance. You can read more about the

here. At the AGM, we also heard from Chief Executive Sir
Paul Ennals about children and young people and the recession, and
from NCB's young Board members about their governance work in
2009.
