Criminal Conviction Disclosure

To ensure NCB safeguards the children and young people that we work with, NCB carries out checks as part of the recruitment and selection process to enable us to make informed recruitment decisions. After the interview we will ask staff members from relevant posts for consent to a disclosure check that will be carried out by the Criminal Records Bureau, an executive agency of the Home Office.
