4 Nations Child Policy

The 4 Nations Child Policy Network is a partnership between NCB, Children in Northern Ireland, Children in Scotland and Children in Wales.

The partners developed a policy information service for those working with children and young people with the support of the Community Fund (2001). The service brings together information from the four nations in one place, enabling practitioners to understand comparative policy and identify best practice. Once funding ceased, the 4 Nations Child Policy website was split between the four websites run by each of the partners; Children in Scotland, Children in Wales, Children in Northern Ireland and NCB.

The 4 Nations partners also select items for a monthly UK-wide email bulletin that offers the latest news including consultations, reports and legislation. In addition to this, NCB produces a weekly Policy and Parliamentary Information Digest, available to all NCB members.
