Quality Standards
There are a number of different Quality
Standards in existence that provide information and guidance to the
VCS and help organisations to assess, evaluate and quality assure
their services. Below are just few examples.
Charities Evaluation Services (CES)
The UK's leading provider of information and advice on quality
and evaluation systems for the voluntary sector.
It provides training for voluntary organisations wishing to
self-evaluate or implement a quality assurance system. CES
also provides the PQASSO quality assurance system for small
organisations (see below).

Hear by Right
A tried and tested standards framework for organisations
across the statutory and voluntary sectors to assess and improve
practice and policy on the active involvement of children and young
people.

PQASSO
PQASSO is the Charities Evaluation Services (CES) practical
quality assurance system for small organisations, or for projects
within larger organisations.
